西交利物浦大学建筑系师生，在闽北5个传统村落即九龙，上埔，谷园，北坑，馀庆村中进行了广泛的文化遗产资源调研，主要从村落的历史、景观、传统建筑以及村民们对遗产保护的认识开展，梳理与重建逐渐消失的传统知识。此次展览呈现了建筑测绘、摄影、文字和分析图等成果。

In the summer of 2018, Associate Professor Yiping Dong and students from the department of architecture, Xi’an Jiaotong－Liverpool University worked in the fields of Jukou to research five villages: Jiulong, Shangpu, Guyuan, Beikeng, andYuqing. The study focuses on the villages’ history, landscape, traditional architecture and villagers’ perspectives towards heritage conservation, aiming to reorganize and rebuild the evanescent traditional knowledge. The exhibition presents plenty of results such as architectural drawings, photography, text, analytical drawings.

周日的特别导览活动，策展人董一平将带我们走近他们的调研故事，参观者能从中领略各个闽北村落的风土人情，包括典型的历史建筑、传统工艺、文化景观，共同畅想乡村美好的未来。

This Sunday, we are presenting a guided tour with the curator Dong Yiping, who will tell us about their research and the stories behind. Visitors can imagine the bright future of the villages while taking a good look at the living traditions and landscape of different villages, including the typical traditional dwellings, traditional craftsmanship, and cultural landscape.
